  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto parchment paper and place in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter cookie, add more sugar as desired.
  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
