Air Fryer Cheesecake Factory Fried Macaroni & Cheese

A deliciously crispy and cheesy air fryer version of the famous Cheesecake Factory fried macaroni & cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.
  5. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip each macaroni ball into the eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the coated macaroni balls in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or spices to the cheese mixture.
  • Ensure the macaroni is well-drained to prevent sogginess.
