- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip each macaroni ball into the eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated macaroni balls in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
