- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, turkey bacon, basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the air fryer basket, then place the stuffed shells on top.
- Top the shells with remaining marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
