  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Grease the muffin tin and fill each cup with the macaroni mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each muffin.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook the muffins for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
