Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Scoop a tablespoon of dough and form it into a small pie shape, then place in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a chewier cookie, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before cooking.
