Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few raspberries in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with the egg wash.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
