  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Brush a small baking dish with olive oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for about 15-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before slicing.
