  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
