Air Fryer Strawberries & Cream Baked Oatmeal

A delicious and easy recipe for baked oatmeal made in the air fryer, featuring strawberries and cream.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
  6. Once done, allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with whipped cream on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Feel free to substitute other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
