Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Form small balls of dough and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
