  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
  3. While mushrooms are cooking, cook turkey bacon until crisp and set aside.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until browned on both sides.
  5. Spread honey mustard sauce on top of each chicken breast and layer with mushrooms and turkey bacon.
  6. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
