8 oz pasta
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 cups spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in pasta, heavy cream, and enough water to cover the pasta. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked al dente.
Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese, then mix until creamy.
