Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake Crumble

A delicious and comforting dessert combining the flavors of apple, cinnamon, and creamy cheesecake topped with a crumble.

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add the cinnamon apples evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, butter, and brown sugar to make the crumble. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor, add nuts or dried fruits to the crumble mixture.
