  • 1 block feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with chopped turkey bacon, spinach, and diced bell pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and everything is cooked through.
  6. Crack the eggs over the baked mixture and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the eggs are set.
