  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Stir until smooth.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the sauce to the chicken and mix well, allowing it to heat through.
  4. Serve over rice and top with green onions, cilantro, and chopped peanuts.

Notes

  • Adjust Sriracha to taste for more or less heat.
