  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink; stirring occasionally.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
  7. Add the linguine and bacon back into the skillet; combine well.
