  • 1 loaf day-old bread, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Layer the cubed bread in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Gently press the bread down to soak.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
