Breakfast Egg Muffins

Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast egg muffins filled with turkey bacon and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, bell peppers, spinach, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until set and slightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
