- 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the turkey bacon, bell peppers, spinach, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
