  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it through.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
