- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
