- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 6 fresh figs, halved
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add honey to caramelize.
- Add the figs and cook for a few minutes until tender.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios and remove from heat.
