  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add leeks and mushrooms, cooking until caramelized.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir until heated through.
  5. Add cooked pasta and Gruyere cheese, mixing well. Use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
