  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, flour, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small puffs and roll each in breadcrumbs.
