  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, chopped turkey bacon, and diced chicken ham.
  3. Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
