- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- During the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven.
