Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

A delicious combination of cheesy ranch flavor, tender potatoes, and smoked sausage.

  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  7. During the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven.
  8. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.
