  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in halves.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the potatoes and sliced smoked sausage to the bowl, tossing to coat with the seasoning mix.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
