  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
