  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes for the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, top each piece with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
