  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened.
