  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
