Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
