  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in melted butter.
  3. Add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine espresso, baking soda, and salt; then add to the banana mixture.
  5. Gradually fold in the flour and chocolate chips until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
