  • 1/2 teaspoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to macaron making temperature.
  2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and green food coloring, and mix gently until combined.
  6. Pipe circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let sit at room temperature until a skin forms on the surface.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool completely before filling with buttercream.
