  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add the baking soda and salt, then stir in vanilla, sugar, and egg.
  4. Blend in the flour until just mixed.
  5. Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the mix.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
