  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto a hot griddle.
  6. Stir a tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the center of the pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
