Classic Lasagna Soup Recipe

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheese.
  5. Serve with shredded mozzarella on top.
