  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls.
  3. In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the other bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the mixture into rounds on the sheet.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  9. Allow the cloud bread to cool and serve with crispy turkey bacon.
