  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the garlic and bell peppers, sautéing until soft.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham, then add vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and cumin.
