Crack Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
