  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
