  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

Notes
