  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add sliced steak, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until steak is browned.
  4. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cheese; cook until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
