- 1 lb scallops
- 4 oz turkey bacon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add scallops to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, cooked pasta, turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Top with parsley and serve immediately.
