Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

This creamy dish combines the hearty flavors of scalloped potatoes with the savory notes of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potato slices.
  3. Spread half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Pour half of the cream over this layer and sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cream and cheese on top.
  6. Dot with butter and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
