  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, corn, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
