  • 1 pound ground Italian beef
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground Italian beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese and cook until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
