  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish by cutting it into strips and seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge each fish strip in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with cornmeal.
  3. Fry the coated fish in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan until soft.
  5. Prepare the avocado crema by blending avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño until smooth.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing fish in tortillas and drizzling with avocado crema.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
