  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Dip each slice of brioche in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  3. Place the coated slices in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake the French toast for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
