  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, cream, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  7. Drizzle honey over the pancakes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, you can top pancakes with whipped cream.
