  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In the Crock Pot, combine the chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  2. Add onion, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it back into the filling.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and place it over the mixture in the Crock Pot.
  6. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until the crust is golden.
