4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 large onions, thinly sliced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In the crock pot, layer the sliced onions and then place the chicken breasts on top.
In a bowl, combine the chicken broth, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the crumbled turkey bacon and top with Swiss cheese. Replace the lid and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
